Reload Freight is looking for a Support Partner – English Speaking.
Responsibilities:
- Solve issues that may arise during freight transportation
- Act as liaison between agents, customers, and drivers
- Deal with customers and drivers politely, efficiently and appropriately, and in accordance with company procedures
- Provide up to date load status and tracking information verbally and using emails
- Record all information details accurately in accordance with company procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with perfectly fluent English
- Excellent communication skills & customer-oriented approach
- Highly motivated & result-driven person
- Work experience in customer support is an asset but not a must
