New City Projects is looking for a Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and review employees’ calls
  • Check and analyze sent and received messages
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the CRM system
  • Prepare reports on identified issues or deviations
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer service quality
  • Perform other duties arising from the position as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education
  • Broad IT knowledge, including
  • Excellent knowledge of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office software
  • General understanding of IT security and data protection principles
  • Knowledge of basic networking technologies and internet connectivity
  • Experience with CRM/ERP systems or ability to learn them quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of Russian and English is desirable
