We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in growing our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top technical and non-technical talent, while also supporting HR operations and administrative tasks that ensure smooth and efficient workflows.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed and accurate job descriptions aligned with business needs and goals.
- Source candidates using a variety of channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment activities, including screening calls, interview scheduling, and supporting technical interview processes.
- Manage and monitor the candidate pipeline, ensuring timely communication and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Support HR operations by handling general administrative tasks requested by the team and management
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and practices.
- Experience with HR systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge of HR policies and employment regulations in [insert country/region].
- Prior experience in an IT or technology-focused organization.
- English - Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- Good communicative skills, being able to explain complicated things in simple words.
- Being eager to learn new technologies (including area-specific).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with demonstrated success in hiring for diverse roles.
- Ability to recruit across both technical and non-technical functions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
