Overview

We are looking for a Team Lead .NET Developer to drive software development, guide the engineering team, and uphold high standards of software architecture and design.
Project Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Design efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET code
  • Build and maintain scalable microservices
  • Oversee architectural decisions and ensure the team follows best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements
  • Deliver scalable microservices based on agreed requirements
  • Delegate tasks effectively across the engineering team
  • Provide clear technical direction and expectations
  • Make and communicate technical decisions
  • Encourage open discussion and alternative perspectives
  • Identify risks and remove blockers proactively
  • Provide constructive feedback to support team growth
  • Support releases and troubleshoot production issues
  • Drive continuous improvement across development practices
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial software development using the .NET platform including .NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and gRPC
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership role including mentoring, code reviews, task delegation, and architecture decisions
  • Strong knowledge of software design, OOP, and architectural design patterns
  • Solid experience with Microservices architecture, asynchronous messaging using SQS, RabbitMQ, or similar tools, and containerization with Docker, ECS, or Kubernetes
  • Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience with PostgreSQL and EF Core
  • Experience with Redis
  • Experience integrating with third party APIs using REST and SOAP or WCF
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
Nice To Have:
  • Experience with MassTransit
  • Experience with OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect
  • Experience with OpenTelemetry
  • Experience with Terraform
