Overview
Responsibilities:
- Support the Department manager for weekly/monthly/annual reports, financial projects and other documents related to management
- Act as a link between Department units and the managers of the units
- Process the incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Follow up every day administrative activities, such as appointment of meetings, organization of purchase orders,filing, and registration, planning of business trips, other activities if needed
- Prepare minutes during the meetings
- Refresh the database, make schedule, necessary reports and forms in accordance with Department’s activities,meetings and requirements
- Relevant keeping and maintenance of the current documents
- Assistance in development of the Department’s administrative activities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1 year of work experience in relevant sphere
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical work principles
- Good knowledge of data processing
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
- Excellent computer literacy
- Effective organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
- Ethical behavior
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure

- Problem solving
