Overview

Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of POS, vPOS, mPOS, and FacePass services
  • Attracting and launching new partners (merchants)
  • Process management from the initial application to final activation
  • Coordinating the installation, configuration, and launch of terminals
  • Supervising the activation of features such as Refunds, Installments, and other functionalities
  • Monitoring and analyzing transactions
  • Risk assessment and making informed decisions
  • Collaborating with marketing, IT, and sales teams
  • Conducting negotiations with partners
  • Proposing service improvements and innovative solutions
  • Market research and identifying growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education (Finance, Business, or a related field)
  • Work experience in banking or payment systems (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of the ArmSoft
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
