TUMO Labs – Students Engagement Coordinator

• Educational projects support: Support and run internal projects and activities which are designed for students growth and development, collaborating on student engagement events
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students’ learning progress and evaluation Analyze data to help assess the effectiveness of learning programs
• Communication: Collaborate with internal communication team conveying learning opportunities to students, including creating small announcements and registrations
• Participant Support: Be a point of contact for students, addressing their inquiries, managing enrollments, and ensuring a positive learning experience
• Technology Assistance: Support with the utilization of learning management systems (LMS) and other technological tools to manage and track training activities
• Evaluation and feedback: Collect feedback from students and be part of the evaluation process

• Experience in project administration or coordination is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Basic knowledge of programming in JavaScript or Python
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in Armenian and English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with LMSs
• Ability to document processes and procedures
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
