Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Company's unified Monitoring and Observability strategy
  • Design and implement a unified monitoring architecture, ensuring complete visibility across all critical systems, infrastructure, and services
  • Ensure continuous monitoring of servers, network devices, storage systems, virtual environments, databases, applications, APIs, integrations, and business services
  • Collaborate with system and service owners to ensure the periodic review and update of established KPIs, SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, as well as Alerting rules and threshold values
  • Ensure the continuous development and enhancement of Real-Time monitoring, early detection, preventive monitoring, and escalation processes
  • Develop and maintain unified dashboards, reports, and analytical metrics to support technical and management decision-making
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new systems by defining mandatory monitoring, observability, and alerting requirement
  • Collaborate with external vendors and partners to improve the effectiveness, reliability, and coverage of monitoring solutions
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, monitoring, observability, or systems operations
  • Hands-on experience with Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic Stack, VMware vCenter, Data Center Expert, or equivalent monitoring and observability solutions
  • Knowledge of Linux and Windows servers, networking, databases, virtualization, backup technologies, and cloud technologie
Nice To Have:
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other scripting languages will be considered an advantage
