Overview

We are looking for a UX Researcher to strengthen our product decision-making and help us better understand our users at scale. You will play a key role in turning user behavior, needs, and motivations into actionable insights that directly impact product strategy, growth, and monetization.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive end-to-end UX research projects across multiple products and user segments
  • Design and execute mixed-method research (qualitative + quantitative) to understand user behavior, needs, and pain points
  • Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product, design, and business teams
  • Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Analytics, and ML teams to shape hypotheses and validate product decisions
  • Integrate research into the product development lifecycle — from discovery to post-release evaluation
  • Identify opportunities to improve key product metrics (conversion, retention, engagement) through user insights
  • Present findings to stakeholders at different levels, influencing decisions with evidence rather than opinions
  • Contribute to building scalable research processes, frameworks, and tooling
Required Qualifications:
  • 3–6+ years of experience in UX research / product research
  • Strong expertise in mixed-method research, including: in-depth interviews, usability testing, surveys, JTBD, and behavioral analysis
  • Ability to design and run end-to-end research studies: from problem framing and methodology selection to synthesis and actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of quantitative research and data analysis: ability to work with product data, interpret metrics, and validate hypotheses
  • Experience with experimentation and A/B testing: understanding of experiment design, metrics selection, and result interpretation
  • Ability to connect qualitative insights with quantitative data and business metrics
  • Strong knowledge of product metrics: conversion, retention (D1/D7/D30), engagement, funnel metrics, monetization drivers
  • Experience working with large-scale B2C products and complex user journeys / funnels
  • Proficiency with research tools: survey platforms (Typeform, SurveyMonkey), usability testing tools, analytics tools (Amplitude / GA / Mixpanel)
  • Ability to structure and synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams
  • Experience in hypothesis generation and validation, supporting product discovery and decision-making
  • Strong background in mixed-method research (qualitative + quantitative)
  • Experience working in B2C products with large user bases
Benefits:
