Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new UX Researcher?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute generative and evaluative research (user interviews, surveys, usability testing) to understand player behavior across BetConstruct’s sportsbook, casino, and B2B platforms (e.g., SpringBME)
  • Map and analyze end-to-end player journeys—such as registration, deposit/withdrawal flows, and bet placement—to identify friction points and optimize conversion and retention rates
  • Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Developers to translate research insights into actionable, player-centric design improvements
  • Monitor and evaluate competitor platforms within the iGaming and sports betting sectors to identify market trends, emerging features, and UX best practices
  • Combine qualitative feedback with quantitative data to create clear, data-driven reports, presenting actionable recommendations to product stakeholders
  • Assist in the creation and continuous updating of player personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide the development of new gaming features
  • Help build and manage a centralized database of user insights, integrating continuous feedback loops from customer support and player accounts
Required Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of proven experience in UX Research.
  • A background or strong, demonstrated interest in the iGaming, sports betting, fintech, or entertainment industries is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience executing both qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews, heuristic evaluations)
  • Familiarity with research, analytics, and prototyping tools such as Figma, FigJam, Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, connect the dots between user behavior and business metrics, and translate findings into design solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Armenian to effectively articulate user needs and present findings to diverse teams
  • A degree or foundational knowledge in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Cognitive Psychology, UX Design, or a related field
  • Ability and willingness to work fully on-site in a dynamic, open-space environment
