Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a Vice President, Financial Institutions Division.

Responsibilities:
  • Relationship management with IFIs
  • Senior and subordinated debt attraction
  • Supporting the Head of FI in strengthening the institutional capacity, business continuity and risk management in FI division
  • Ensuring accurate and timely reporting to Ameriabank’s partner international financial institutions, including but not limited to reporting on financial covenants, and financial statements, sub-project lending, and other performance related matters
  • Training and coaching FI team analysts and junior staff
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or economics, (MBA would be a plus),
  • CFA or preference to obtaining it or other finance related certifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, banking or investment management with preference of regional/international exposure
  • Good knowledge of banking business, balance sheet components, P&L structure, ,
  • Good knowledge of corporate finance and investment banking business in general
  • Familiarity with ESG standards and trends would be a plus
  • Experience in negotiating Mandate Letters, LoIs, Term Sheets, Loan Agreements and Share Purchase Agreements pursuant to deal structure approved by the management and shareholders,
  • Understanding of international and local capital and money market trends and developments for product development and client relationships,
  • Strong communication skills and effective relationship management abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages.
  • Willingness to travel abroad (1-2 times a year)
