Evoca is looking for a Virtual POS Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing virtual payment processing systems for our organization. The role will involve configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining virtual POS platforms to ensure seamless and secure transactions for our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain vPOS systems for online and remote transactions;
  • Register vPOS service points in AS Bank and processing systems;
  • Monitor and support virtual payment transactions to ensure accuracy and security;
  • Analyse cardholders, card operations and service points in SmartVista system;
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving vPOS operations;
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and trends;
  • Prepare and present relevant reports;
  • Implement other tasks upon the assignment of the manager.
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in finance, business or other related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Fintech or financial-banking sector;
  • Experience with virtual POS systems, payment gateways, and e-commerce platform;
  • Technical troubleshooting skills and experience with system integrations regulations;
  • Understanding of global payment methods, systems, and regulations;
  • Proactive mindset with business-savvy understanding;
  • Strong critical-thinking and decision-making abilities, with a focus on identifying innovative solutions to payment-related challenges;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly;
  • Result-driven with the ability to multitask and set priorities;
  • Perfect command of Russian and English languages.
