Overview
Viva (Viva Armenia CJSC) is looking for a VoIP Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Provide services to the customers according to the Company set standards and planned indicators
- Provide with necessary technical information to B2B customers
- Provide with technical support in VoIP services
- Assist customers with info on how to use VPBX portal and setup VoIP telephones
- Ensure confidentiality of the customer data and the Company activities/ standards
- Coordination of work process with partner organizations
- Ensure handling of customer claims and complaints
- Register all claims/complaints in corresponding interfaces
- Assist customers to handle issues related to VoIP products and devices
- Ensure feedback provision to customers on the status of their claims/complaints
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education
- Working experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Awareness of DNS, VoIP, IP services
- Awareness of GPON technology
- Technical Knowledge of Windows, VoIP apps (such as Zoiper, 3CX), configuration of end user VoIP devices (adapters, getaways) and simple end user routers
- Prompt, high quality and proper performance of work
- Organizational, communication and negotiating skills
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, CRM)
- Language skills (Armenian, Russian and English)
- Effective team working and time management skills
- Conflict management skills
- Stress management skills
- Customer Orientation
