GortsUp Academy is an education company in Armenia. We run 4–6 month courses in IT, marketing, sales, accounting and project management, both in person in Yerevan and online. Around 40 groups run at the same time, with 500+ students enrolled. We’re looking for someone who will find these specialists, negotiate with them and manage the ongoing work with them. Cold calling is the main tool.

Responsibilities:
  • Find new lecturers through cold calls, professional communities, Telegram and LinkedIn
  • Hold short interviews with lecturer candidates and assess their experience
  • Maintain the lecturer database in a spreadsheet or CRM
  • Work with current lecturers: inform them about upcoming modules and collect feedback after each module
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent Russian
  • At least 6 months of experience in sales, speaker management or a similar role
  • Not afraid of cold calls and able to negotiate
  • Ready for the workload of about 5 conversations with candidates per day
  • Able to maintain a database in Google Sheets, Notion or a CRM
  • Use AI in your work
