Inecobank CJSC is looking for a PR Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance the bank's reputation and brand image
  • Align PR strategies with the overall business goals and marketing objectives of Inecobank
  • Identify opportunities for media coverage and proactively pitch stories to relevant media outlets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries and requests
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
  • Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect the bank’s reputation during emergencies or adverse situations
  • Act as a spokesperson during crisis events and manage communication with media and stakeholders
  • Monitor and respond to potential PR crises in real-time
  • Create compelling and engaging content for press releases, speeches, articles, and social media posts
  • Collaborate with the marketing communications team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
  • Oversee the production of PR-related content, including videos, infographics, and promotional materials
  • Plan and execute PR events, including press conferences, media briefings, product launches, and community outreach programs
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of events and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports on PR activities and outcomes
  • Analyze the impact of PR campaigns and adjust strategies based on performance metrics
  • Maintain a PR database and track interactions with media and influencers
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in public relations
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in media relations and crisis management
  • Experience with content creation and social media management
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
