“Armenian Branch of Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG.” is looking for energetic and bright-minded candidates to join its professional team, for the position of Team Assistant (TA). Siemens Energy offers a professional career in one of the leading international companies.

The Team Assistant is responsible for all functions regarding office operation and organization, supports all departments and all staff in common office tasks, establishes and follows office procedures regarding correspondence and documentation, managing required corrections as result of audits, staff and customer satisfaction.
The contacts are internally with the Station Manager, Business Administration Department Manager (BA manager), all O&M staff and externally client representatives, authorities, sub-contractors, suppliers, hotels, transport companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage administrative service requirements of the company;
  • Support the Station Manager and BA Manager in general administrative affairs such as but not limited;
  • Organize the general office operation and establish general office procedures for a smooth operation of the O&M organization;
  • Organize maintenance for office appliances;
  • Informative correspondence with the team;
  • General notifications to the team;
  • Correspondence and documentation support;
  • Support of all Departments and all staff in organizational matters (training, travel, transport arrangements);
  • Provide support and assistance to visitors regarding hotel reservations and travel arrangements;
  • Check and guide the cleaning staff;
  • Always keep enough stock of stationary items and ensure their availability;
  • Check and maintain the stores with the help of team members;
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain required records and registers via CMT;
  • Organize and maintain the archive structure for easy access of documentation and drawings according to multiplane procedure document control, including;
  • Uploading procedures to the share point and following up the acknowledgment by the team members;
  • Daily phone calls;
  • Perform all other assignments as needed related to this position ordered by the station or business administration manager.
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education;
  • 1-3 years of related work experience;
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, Armenian, knowledge of the German language would be an advantage;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Office), Outlook, Cloud-based databases experience;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (some experience in working with foreigners);
  • Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment;
  • Multi-tasking capability without compromising on quality;
  • Excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to keep a positive attitude;
  • Globally minded and eager to work with people from diverse backgrounds and holding diverse viewpoints.
