Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Work under the guidance of the Project Manager and complete assigned tasks on time
  • Collect, clarify, and document requirements from the Project Manager
  • Create and maintain documentation in Confluence
  • Manage and update tasks and user stories in Jira
  • Prepare feature descriptions, business process overviews, use cases, and diagrams
  • Monitor task statuses, assist in planning and prioritization
  • Participate in team meetings, record outcomes and follow-up actions
  • Maintain transparent communication between business, development, and QA teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies and Kanban
  • Confident use of Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to structure and maintain clear documentation
  • Understanding of requirement gathering and converting them into technical tasks
  • Strong written and spoken English (for documentation and communication)
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Responsibility and ability to follow priorities set by the Project Manager
