“GEOVIBE” is looking for a “Business Development Manager”.

Responsibilities:


- Build relationships. Prospect, develop, and implement location strategies for organizations. Maintain a healthy pipeline of business growth opportunities for new and existing customers. Leverage social media to build your professional network. Participate in trade shows, workshops, and seminars.
- Understand our customers. Demonstrate industry knowledge and its relevance to the application of GIS. Identify key stakeholders and business drivers for an organization. Understand customer budgeting and acquisition processes
- Think strategically. Develop sales strategies and business development that employ direct and channel approaches to significantly expand the use of Esri’s solutions in Latin America. Ensure the continued success of key Esri solutions implementations in the region
- Be an expert. Clearly articulate the strength and value of GIS as it relates to the industry. Consistently conduct research and pursue professional development to anticipate customer needs
- Deliver results. Successfully execute the account management and sales processes for all opportunities. Use consultative selling skills to understand the needs and business challenges of customers
- Collaborate with your team. Leverage your domain knowledge when working with cross-divisional teams to define and execute account strategies. Be motivated and resourceful and take initiative to resolve issues

Required Qualifications:


- 7+ years of enterprise software and business development experience providing technical solutions to European customers
- Demonstrated ability to sell enterprise software solutions directly and through a channel in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage the acquisition cycle including prospecting, proposing, closing, and further developing an account
- Experience responding to RFPs, RFIs, and tenders in complex environments and short timeframes
- Highly emotionally aware individual with the ability to influence at the “C” level to build long term relationships, maintaining open communication throughout the organization
- Understanding of GIS
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and translate it into solutions that address customer needs and deliver business outcomes
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Master in English and Russian, writer and speaker
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout Europe with occasional travel to the US
- Bachelor’s or master’s in engineering, business administration, GIS, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Recommended Qualifications
- Public speaking experience
- Awareness of marketing tactics and strategies
- Knowledge of spatial analysis and how it is used for problem-solving
- Fluent in another European language
