Overview
Responsibilities:
- Identify guests needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
- Place outbound calls to guests to promote new services
- Ensure daily shift call quotas and set targets are achieved
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
- People oriented and results driven
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Experience in a relevant field will be considered a plus
