Overview
The Construction Project Manager shall be responsible for end-to-end project management, commencing with the preparation of technical specifications and concluding with project commissioning, ensuring that deadlines, budgets and quality standards are properly met. Key responsibilities include coordination with stakeholders, document management, and ensuring full compliance with legal and construction regulations throughout all phases of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the project, from preparing its technical specifications to commissioning
- Preparing and maintaining schedules (MS Project / Excel)
- Aligning with designers, suppliers, the general contractor
- Organizing and conducting meetings, tracking deadlines and executing decisions
- Processing construction documentation, verifying KS-2/KS-3 forms, as well as supplementary scope of work documents
- Maintaining operational document flow (design documentation, operational documents, letters, requests, acts)
- Helping organize acceptance commissions and facility commissioning
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Construction Management
- Experience in managing projects from their design stage to submission to regulatory bodies
- Experience in preparing commercial documentation, such as contracts, bids, schedules, KS-2, KS-3 forms
- Proficiency in Excel, Project, as well as other available planning and reporting tools
- Candidates with a PMP certificate are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of construction norms and standards, as well as current legislation and regulations in the field of construction
- Ability to work with technical designs and estimates, as well as other design and construction documents
- Skills in project team management and resource allocation
- Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution with contractors and other stakeholders
- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills, and the ability to make decisions under uncertain conditions
