Yerevan Mall is looking for a creative and responsible Copywriter / SMM Specialist to create engaging, brand-aligned content across social media and other communication channels, while contributing to content planning, SMM activities, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Create engaging, brand-aligned content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, email newsletters, push notifications, and other communication channels.
  • Write and adapt campaign messages, slogans, headlines, captions, scripts, and promotional copy for different platforms, formats, and audiences.
  • Edit and proofread all content to ensure clarity, accuracy, correct grammar, and a consistent brand tone of voice.
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong command of Armenian, with the ability to write naturally, creatively, and accurately.
  • Good knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, and publishing tools.
  • Good knowledge of social media advertising, including campaign setup and monitoring.
  • Ability to develop structured and engaging content plans.
  • Strong creative thinking and the ability to generate original content ideas.
  • Understanding of brand tone of voice and the ability to adapt writing style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility for the quality of published content.
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced marketing team.
  • Knowledge of Russian and English will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience with AI tools for creating or improving text and visual content will be considered an advantage.
  • Good skills in filming and editing Reels and other short-form video content will be considered an advantage.

Additional Information:

This is a maternity leave replacement position.
The position is planned to be filled in January 2027.
The role is office-based (on-site).
