“Siemens Industry Software CJSC” is looking for a “Customer Support Marketing Coordinator”.

Responsibilities:


- Produce and manage webinar operations, with a focus on the European time zone
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of webinars
- Monitor and optimize webinar performance to enhance audience engagement
- Source relevant content and insights to build engaging email newsletters targeted at Siemens customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain approval on newsletter content
- Execute timely and effective distribution of newsletters to the target audience
- Track and analyze the performance of customer marketing initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports providing insights into key metrics and areas for improvement
- Contribute to the development of future marketing strategies based on data-driven insights
- Manage the workflow across various customer marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are me
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and optimize project efficiency

Required Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a marketing communications role, with a focus on customer marketing
- Experience with producing webinars in a corporate setting, using tools such as ON24, Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar or equivalent
- Experience with producing and launching professional email newsletters, using tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Braze or equivalent. Understanding of data compliance environment (eg. GDPR), as it relates to email marketing
- Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with work hours to accommodate international collaboration
