As a Data Quality Analyst you will play a key role on the team, helping implement customers’ critical data from their previous softwares to Aspire while contributing to the processes, tools, and standards that support that work.

Responsibilities:
  • Data Import & Quality Assurance: Own the customer data import process during implementation, managing projects and strict deadlines set in collaboration with the Implementation Managers.
  • Data Import & Quality Assurance: Extract, clean, format, and import data into Aspire.
  • Data Import & Quality Assurance: Conduct a data review process to ensure accuracy and completeness of imported data.
  • Customer Engagement: Work directly with customers to evaluate their source data.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively identify data concerns and address them to unblock customers during the implementation process.
  • Customer Engagement: Clearly communicate requirements, delays, and task completion both internally and externally.
  • Continuous Improvement: Help develop foundational best practices, documentation, and tools to reduce overall data migration time and streamline future imports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Utilize AI tools and leverage hands-on experiences to directly inform strategies that improve efficiency and help scale the data import process.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with customers, Implementation Managers, and peers to ensure a smooth implementation onto Aspire for new customers.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the data team to refine cleanup methodologies and improve overall data implementation efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Excel Proficiency (An Excel assessment will be done during the interview process)
  • Strong English proficiency and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to identify relationships within databases and infer the developers intent based on structure and values
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment with tight deadlines and high expectations
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance personal or team efficiency in day-to-day tasks
