Overview
Ucom is looking for a Digital Product Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the product development roadmap
- Propose, justify and lead the creation of new products
- Facilitate the execution of all product life cycle processes, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, etc.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for product development by development teams
- Research and monitor the existing user base and industry developments
- Recommend product improvements based on competitive market analysis, customer feedback, and current product metrics
- Collaborate closely with Development, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Customer Service, and many other teams for product development, quality control, and release
- Execute other verbal and written instructions from the direct manager
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related fields
- 2+ years in product management, preferably with experience in digital platforms (apps, websites, self-service portals)
- Telecom experience and knowledge of telecom systems (e.g., billing, CRM, OSS/BSS) are nice to have
- Roadmap development, feature prioritization, backlog management
- Understanding of telecom services and infrastructure is a plus
- Basic knowledge of digital platform tech (APIs, cloud, mobile/web)
- UX/UI awareness, feedback collection, and product iteration
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills
- Analytical, problem-solving, adaptable, and customer-focused
