Overview
UNICOMP CJSC is looking for a Engineer – Power Solutions & Infrastructure Monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Power Solutions Maintenance: Service and maintain power solutions, including single-phase and three-phase UPS systems, power distribution panels, and modules
- Infrastructure Monitoring: Configure and support infrastructure monitoring solutions to ensure optimal performance
- Presales Consulting: Participate in the presales process by providing technical consulting and assisting in the development of customer-specific solutions
- Technical Support: Offer troubleshooting expertise and technical support to resolve issues promptly
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales and engineering teams to develop and refine technical solutions
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance procedures, configurations, and customer interactions
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience with servicing power solutions such as UPS systems and power distribution equipment
- Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting infrastructure monitoring systems
- Strong technical background in electrical systems and power management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Prior experience in a presales or technical consulting role is an advantage
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are preferred
