Overview

DescriptionFraud Operations Specialist shall identify fraud in the system, as well as improve existing tools and processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Regularly monitor player accounts and transactions to detect potentially fraudulent activity
  • Conduct thorough investigations into fraud and suspicious activity, collect and analyze betting and gaming information
  • Use data analytics tools to identify patterns and trends in fraudulent behavior across relevant platforms
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize financial losses due to fraud
  • Prepare detailed reports and summary documents for the managerial staff and regulatory bodies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and arising from the duties of the position
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, or Data Science
  • Advanced practical knowledge of MS Excel, Power BI, and SQL is a must
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Armenian languages, Russian is a plus
  • Attention to details
