Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Lead business development activities and drive new customer acquisition
  • Identify, approach, and secure new clients in target markets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the company's customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, carriers, and partners
  • Manage and support the sales team to achieve company objectives
  • Prepare and oversee quotations, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring sustainable business growth
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking meetings, and client visits
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, and sales management
  • Proven track record of acquiring new customers and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • In-depth understanding of international trade, customs procedures, Incoterms, and global shipping routes
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Experience managing key accounts and building long-term partnerships
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
