Overview

We are opening a 3-month Graphic Design Internship Program for people who want to learn how high-impact visual design actually works in e-commerce, and how we create it at emater. This is a paid, full-time, office-based program built around real work, not observation. You will learn our brands, our tools, and our visual standards, and then begin contributing to real design projects with guidance and feedback at every stage.

Responsibilities:
  • Learn how we design digital and print assets — banners, email templates, advertisements, social media visuals, and website creatives — and begin contributing your own.
  • Develop an understanding of brand consistency and how we maintain and evolve our brand guidelines (fonts, colors, layouts, and visual standards).
  • Build your skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma through real, hands-on work.
  • Learn and use AI design tools like Ideogram, Figma AI, ChatGPT, Higgsfield, and Nano Banana to create designs faster and more creatively.
  • Stay curious about design trends, tools, and best practices, continuously improving your visual output.
Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in graphic design and a desire to build a career in the field.
  • A working understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma, and a willingness to deepen those skills.
  • An interest in AI-assisted design tools and how they're reshaping creative work.
  • Showing up ready to learn, not simply to observe

  • Being willing to grow, learn, and improve constantly
