Overview
Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of budgeted revenue, gross income targets and maintain ongoing performance monitoring
- Develop and monitor sales plans by brand and by sales manager
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate sales team KPIs
- Oversee accounts receivable and ensur timely debt collection
- Conduct meetings with clients and partners and maintain strong business relationship
Required Qualifications:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company’s pricing policy and commercial strategy
- Approve and oversee discounts, special offers, and marketing support programs to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of discounts, promotional activities, and marketing investments to maximize return on investment
- Continuously analyze market conditions, customer behavior, and industry trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Develop and implement sales promotion initiatives and competitive response strategies to strengthen market position and drive growth
