Job Description
As Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for building and scaling the organisational structure of Wicked Live Armenia. The role combines HR leadership, HR administration, facility operations oversight, and organisational governance. You will oversee employee-related processes, recruitment, workforce planning, contracts, compliance, company culture, and cross-departmental coordination while supporting the company’s growth and expansion.
- Develop and implement HR strategies covering recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, retention, performance management, and career development.
- Manage day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, contracts, personnel documentation, attendance, leave, and HR databases.
- Coordinate recruitment and workforce planning, including international hiring and expansion projects.
- Ensure compliance with Armenian labour, employment, tax, and migration requirements and liaise with relevant government bodies.
- Coordinate work-permit and employment-related processes for international employees.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and standardised processes.
- Build and maintain a strong company culture, employee engagement, and effective internal communication.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding payroll, employee data, salary changes, and timely payments.
- Work closely with Operations, Administration, Facility, Finance, Legal, IT & Infrastructure, and Product teams on organisational and people-related matters.
- Design and improve organisational structures and processes to support scalability and operational efficiency.
- Analyse workforce data and provide actionable HR insights and reports to the CEO and Executive Board.
- Support performance management, KPI reviews, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Handle HR conflicts and employee-related escalations, coordinating with Legal and Security when required.
- Implement HR technologies and tools to improve HR processes, reporting, and employee management
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in HR, HR administration, People Operations, organisational development, or a related management role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of Armenian labour legislation and employment requirements.
- Experience with recruitment, contracts, personnel documentation, and HR administration.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Experience with HRIS and digital HR tools.
- Fluency in Armenian and English
