Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Identify new growth opportunities, customer segments, and market trends
  • Define annual and quarterly marketing priorities and initiatives
  • Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints
  • Generate and approve high-impact marketing campaigns that support acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
  • Set clear objectives, priorities, and expectations for team members
  • Build a high-performance, data-driven marketing culture
  • Facilitate collaboration between marketing and other departments including Sales, Product, Customer Care, Operations, and HR
  • Own overall marketing performance and business impac
  • Define, monitor, and improve departmental KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI
  • Present marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to executive management
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Russian and Armenian
  • Online shopping experience with freight forwarders
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, including leadership responsibilities
  • Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, performance marketing, and customer acquisition
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and teams
