“Les Laboratories Servier Armenia” is looking for a “HR and Compliance Specialist”.

Responsibilities:


- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
- Prepare and review employee documents in accordance with the legislation of Armenia
- Administer insurance programs (health, life, CASCO, APPA)
- Implement training and development plans together with Training Manager
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
- Conduct quarterly and annual compliance reviews to monitor adherence to rules and regulations
- Develop compliance strategies or programs for the company in line with local and company’s rules
- Evaluate team members' knowledge of policies and educate them on work-related laws and regulations
- Improve areas of the business to ensure all departments meet requirements
- Identify and assess potential risks and develop plans to minimize or eliminate them
- Work with upper management to address ethical violations or compliance issues and find solutions

Required Qualifications:


- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process in Armenia
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Review risk management priorities set by the board
- Conduct audits, be it internal or environmental
- Develop strategies for risk management
- Work experience in international companies
- Languages: English, Russian
