SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and monitor betting activity and adjust odds when necessary
  • Cooperate with Senior Traders and the Risk Management and Pre-Match teams to ensure effective trading operations and risk control
  • Monitor sporting events and stay up to date with relevant industry developments and market trends
  • Propose tailored betting types and solutions for regional partners based on their specific business needs and requirements
  • Provide support to regional partners on matters related to the platform, betting products, and trading operations
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor that fall within the scope of the position and comply with applicable labor legislation
Required Qualifications:
  • 0–2 years of experience in sports betting, trading, or a related analytical role
  • Good overall understanding of sports and sporting events
  • Strong numerical, mathematical, and analytical abilities
  • Comfortable working efficiently under time pressure and in a dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn, develop quickly, and adapt effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including evening hours and weekends
Nice To Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the trading field will be considered an advantage
