Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Study the developments of the crypto-asset market, identify regulatory challenges, and provide recommendations for their solutions, including drafting laws, regulations, and amendments
  • Research international best practices in the regulation and supervision of crypto-asset market participants, review the principles of international standard-setting organizations, and develop proposals aimed at applying best practices in regulatory policy
  • Provide clarifications to crypto-asset market participants and other stakeholders regarding questions raised in connection with the regulation of their activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in technical or economic fields
  • 1 year of experience in the crypto-asset field
  • Knowledge of crypto-asset legislation
  • Knowledge of financial system legislation
  • In-depth understanding of distributed ledger technology and crypto-assets
  • General knowledge of financial markets and instruments
  • Fluency in Armenian and English
