Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Operational Execellence Business Analyst?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support the implementation of key business process initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Participate in process mapping, data collection, and analysis to assist in defining business process taxonomy and tracking KPIs
  • Analyze operational data to identify specific opportunities for cost-cutting and efficiency improvements
  • Assess costs and benefits of transformational and cost cutting initiatives
  • Execute efficiency initiatives and track results
  • Form and analyze performance dashboards
  • Collaborate with IT and Holding company stakeholders to document requirements and test solutions for business process automation
  • Facilitate workshops and support the adoption of continuous improvement practices within various company departments.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or Economics
  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or process improvement
  • Coursework or certification in Data Science or Project Management (e.g., CAPM or PMP)
  • High proficiency in SQL or advanced Excel for data mining and interpreting operational datasets
  • Proven ability to build and maintain automated Power BI or Tableau dashboards to track KPIs in real-time
  • Skill in translating "business pain points" into "technical requirements" for IT teams (specifically for automation/RPA projects)
  • Ability to perform ROI calculations and NPV analysis for proposed efficiency initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English
  • Ability to collaborate, influence, and build consensus with senior leadership, department heads, and corporate partners
  • Clear ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
  • A flexible mindset tailored for iterative improvements and fast-paced environments
  • High precision in data collection and process documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Skilled at leading discovery workshops and brainstorming sessions with diverse teams
  • Excellent ability to articulate complex process concepts and the case for change to diverse audiences, and to coach departments on CI principles

Additional Information:

           Working Model & Travel:

  • This is an on-site role based in Yerevan
  • Occasional travel may be required (approx. 5–10%)
