Why This Role Matters

Stamina has grown into a team spread across Armenia, Georgia, the UAE, and the USA — sales, marketing, delivery, and automation people all pushing toward the same revenue targets. Growing that fast only works if the people side of the business is built as deliberately as the sales systems we build for our clients.

That is this role. As our People and Culture Manager, you’ll own onboarding, development, performance, and the day-to-day conversations that keep a distributed team motivated and accountable. You won’t be administering someone else’s HR process — you’ll design ours.

About Stamina

Stamina is a B2B GTM (go-to-market) execution company. We build and run the full revenue system for our clients — lead generation, outbound, CRM implementation and sales process design. We are a Pipedrive Elite Partner across four countries, with 250+ delivered projects, 5,000+ professionals trained, and clients including Mercedes-Benz, HP, World Vision, and the Central Bank of Armenia.

You’ll work directly with leadership and with team leads across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery — a team of ~20 people that is still hiring.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding, A to Z — Design and run the entire new-hire journey — from signed offer to a fully productive team member: documentation, tool access, first-week plan, and 30/60/90-day milestones.
  • Monthly One-on-Ones — Run structured 1:1s with every team member, capture what you hear, and turn it into concrete actions instead of notes.
  • HR Operations — Keep contracts, records, leave tracking, and HR data clean, current, and audit-ready in our systems.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on HR experience (HR Generalist or HR Manager scope)
  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Psychology or a related field
  • Excellent Armenian and English — spoken and written (you'll work across four countries)
  • Experience in an IT, tech, or consulting company — you understand how fast-moving, target-driven teams operate
  • Practical experience with onboarding, performance management, and KPI/OKR frameworks
  • Comfortable holding direct conversations about pay, performance, and expectations without avoiding them
  • Organized and systems-minded — you document, standardize, and automate
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems — experience with Pipedrive is a strong advantage
  • You enjoy working with tools and AI — you would rather automate a process than repeat it manually
