Overview
TUMO Center for Creative Technologies is looking for a Product Designer.
Responsibilities:
- Create, collaborate, and iterate on product flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
- Design and ship high-quality product improvements
- Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product direction and design
- Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peers
- Conduct and oversee user research and market analysis to guide design decisions
- Continuously improve the design system, ensuring consistency and coherence in our products' visual language
Required Qualifications:
- Motivated by the TUMO mission (we will pitch you!)
- 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI and/or Product Design
- A robust portfolio featuring varied UX/UI and/or Product Design projects, with case studies that highlight strategic and innovative design solutions
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD
- Good technical communication and writing skills
- Capable of analyzing and applying insights from user behavior analytics tools
- Dedicated to continuous learning and growth, exhibiting a product mindset
- Proficiency in English
