IQ Soft is looking for a Product Owner / Project Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain a prioritized product backlog
  • Coordinate and control work performance
  • Understand the company product life cycle model thoroughly
  • Manage and distribute tasks
  • Support key points of the project with formal documentation
  • Prepare regular reports on the project
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
  • Provide backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories
  • Provide vision and direction to the Agile development team throughout the project planning, implement, pre-launch and post-launch, and create requirements (user stories, job stories, epics, etc.)
  • Organize regular meetings
  • Ensure product vision is understood by the development team
  • Keeping up-to-date on the project plan
  • I21dentify and prevent risks that may affect the timeline or result
  • Work with team leads to coordinate backlog work
  • Closely collaborate and participate in defining the product vision, road-map, product strategy, KPIs, and growth opportunities
  • Work closely with other Product Managers to understand how areas of focus may impact or depend on other road maps
  • Interact with other groups - Development, QA, Design, Sales Department
  • Research and analyze market and follow the industry
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of work experience in Product Management
  • Knowledge and application of project management practices
  • Experience of participation in the successful implementation of projects in high-load systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, technical English
  • Technical understanding of all stages of development
  • Optimization of the work and relationships of all the departments
  • Knowledge of Agile processes and principles
  • Ability to work with tasks in Jira
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in game development is a plus
  • Ability to manage several projects in parallel at the same time keeping the highest quality for each of them
