VXSoft is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Owner (3 openings) to join its team in Yerevan. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for managing the product development lifecycle, conducting business analysis, and collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable plans for our software development teams. You will play a key role in driving the success of the e-Governance projects and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

  • Manage the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements;
  • Conduct business analysis to identify stakeholder needs, prioritize features, and define product roadmaps;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, project managers, and quality assurance engineers to execute project plans and deliver on time and within budget;
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure clarity and transparency throughout the development process;
  • Define and prioritize product backlog items, taking into account stakeholder feedback, market trends, and technical considerations;
  • Work closely with clients to gather requirements, provide updates on project status, and solicit feedback to continuously improve our products;
  • Lead sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to track progress, identify obstacles, and adjust priorities as needed;
  • Act as a subject matter expert for the products you manage, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders;
  • Champion best practices for agile development, including user story writing, acceptance criteria definition, and sprint goal setting.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field (technical background preferred);
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects;
  • Experience managing agile software projects using tools such as JIRA;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans for development teams;
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels;
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, collaborating with software developers, designers, and QA engineers;
  • Familiarity with e-Governance systems or similar software solutions is a plus;
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
