Overview

The Universal Health Insurance Fund is looking for a Quality Management Specialist to contribute to the methodological development and improvement of the Fund’s processes, as well as to conduct quality control and assessment in accordance with established standards.

The Specialist will be responsible for the core operational activities related to the implementation of methodologies and quality management. The role involves ensuring the implementation of quality control processes, collecting and processing data, and preparing and updating methodological documents, in collaboration with the Senior Specialist and Team Lead.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development and updating of methodological documents, policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure the proper formatting, archiving, and accessibility of documents.
  • Conduct quality monitoring and control in accordance with established mechanisms.
  • Collect, enter, and organize quality indicator data.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Collect and summarize feedback and complaints from clients and beneficiaries.
  • Conduct preliminary analysis and prepare summaries.
  • Support the implementation of internal audits, assessments, and inspections.
  • Participate in process documentation.
  • Prepare preliminary reports, summaries, and analytical materials.
  • Support the preparation of reports.
