Overview

“Ameriabank CJSC” is looking for a “Sales and Relationship Manager”.

Responsibilities:


- Manage portfolios of clients
- Develop and maintain relationship with clients
- Generate leads and close deals
- At least 2 years of work experience in financial sector
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and revisit (when necessary) sales policy
- Review potential clients lists, develop outreach strategies, establish contacts and conduct negotiations
- Organize cross sales through different channels

Required Qualifications:


- University degree in economics, finance or other related sphere
- Experience in customer service, sales or related fields
- Strong understanding of the business and industry trends
- Ability to understand and assess business needs
- Sales skills
- Smart decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong critical and flexible thinking, analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team, ability to coordinate work
- Representation skills
- MS Office proficiency (advanced MS Excel skills), knowledge of MS Project
- Result-driven personality, ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
