Overview

“Philip Morris Armenia LLC” is looking for a “Sales Representative (Coach)”.

Responsibilities:


- Establish and develop consumer centric relationships with Legal Age Consumers (LAS) who are interested in non-combusted alternatives to smoking and introduce such products to them .
- Find LAS around and convert them to better alternative.
- Ensure proper product knowledge delivery by building category motivation.
- Ensure high-quality guided trial for all LAS/LAUs.
- Process leads by arranging face-to-face meetings with them.
- Providing hyper care to newly converted LAUs.
- Find companies/organizations/communities and negotiate with them in order to get approval to conduct 1-2-many or 1-2-1 product presentations.
- Ensure sufficient level of NPS.
- Secure monthly KPI achievement.
- Eagerness/readiness to participate both online and offline meetings, organized by the office

- High level of communication & presentation skills
- High level of active listening skills
- High level of conflict management skills
- Good networking skills
- Eagerness to learn and flexible to adapt fast
- Open, honest and forward-looking!
- Able to understand consumer psychology
- Armenian – Fluent
- Russian/English – intermediate
