Auto Gallery CJSC is looking for a Sales Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers daily, from initial contact to contract finalization
- Administer the sales process, including negotiation with current and potential clients to foster long-term partnerships. - - Including showcasing the dealership’s vehicles and explaining their features and warranties to customers
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales strategies
- Provide monthly reports and sales forecast
- Manage and update the customer database
- Work with management to effectively sell vehicles and increase customer satisfaction
- Uphold work discipline and execute daily tasks promptly and efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional customer service skills, including interpersonal communication and rapport building
- Willingness to acquire knowledge of the dealership’s vehicles, finance options and sales process
- Active listening to best determine a customer’s wants and needs
- Persuasiveness to convince customers to make a purchase
- Confidence to create a positive impression on customers
- Negotiation skills to offer deals that satisfy customers
- Organization and time management to handle many different customers, including past customers
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to coordinate sales with the financing department and/or other Salespeople
- A welcoming and friendly demeanour
- Desire and motivation to work in automotive industry
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales/Customer Service, preferably in automative industry
- Knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
