Overview
Responsibilities:
- Fully coordinate and oversee the day-to-day execution of the project across all marketing and creative workstream
- Manage timelines, deliverables, milestones, approvals, and internal workflows to ensure smooth project progression
- Coordinate communication and collaboration between internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and external partners involved in the project
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, content initiatives, and creative activations related to the project
- Organize project documentation, briefs, presentations, production materials, and reporting processes
- Ensure all project outputs remain aligned with brand identity, communication objectives, and overall creative direction
- Actively contribute ideas and creative input during campaign, content, and concept development stages
- Monitor project progress, proactively solve operational issues, and help optimize processes when needed
- Maintain clarity, structure, and momentum across all project phases and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, creative operations, production coordination, or similar roles
- Strong ability to independently manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience coordinating creative, marketing, or production workflows from start to finish
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Confidence participating in strategic and creative discussions
