Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a career advisor by understanding the aspirations of potential candidates and mapping ACA’s educational products to their professional goals
  • Proactively guide students from lead qualification to registration, utilizing rigorous follow-ups to ensure high conversion at every stage
  • Conduct outbound calls proactively contacting prospective leads
  • Maintain records in our CRM, tracking interactions and providing weekly reports on enrollment trends and lead quality
  • Collect and group main requests received by phone & social media and provide new courses and existing processes improvements recommendations
  • Manage and prioritize high-volume interactions across phone, email, and social media, maintaining a "zero-inbox" mindset and rapid response times
  • Navigate complex customer concerns or objections with empathy and emotional intelligence, turning potential complaints into positive brand experiences
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, leaving no unsolved problems
  • Tech Intelligence or readiness to learn
  • Openness to constructive feedback and the ability to learn from mistakes to improve performance
  • Native Armenian, good command of Russian, and advanced proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to quickly find the necessary information on the web
  • Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools is a strong plus
