Overview
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic internal event plans to enhance employee engagement, company culture, and brand positioning
- Oversee all Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities, including sponsorships, activations, corporate branding initiatives, and industry networking events
- Manage end-to-end logistics for internal events, conferences, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure high-quality event experiences within budget
- Ensure all events align with business objectives, company values, and compliance regulations
- Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 4+ years in BTL marketing, brand activation, or event management, including at least 2 years in a senior/managerial role. Proven expertise within the IT, iGaming, or Web3 sectors is highly preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-profile events simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of executing creative, engaging, and high-impact events
- Familiarity with event management platforms and MS office suite
- Experience working in fast-paced, international environments with remote teams
- Proficiency in event planning and project management tools
- Strong budgeting and cost-control expertise
- Understanding of branding and experiential marketing strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for delivering memorable events
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to last-minute changes
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused approach
- Knowledge of English/Russian
