Overview
We are looking for a Senior Python Developer with LangGraph to design, develop, and optimize enterprise grade multi agent solutions. You will be involved in building complex AI workflows, implementing orchestration patterns across multiple agents, and developing scalable, stateful systems that support business critical processes. This role combines strong Python engineering with hands on experience in agent orchestration, workflow management, and human approval processes.
Project Overview:
The project focuses on building an enterprise multi agent platform that enables intelligent task orchestration, agent collaboration, workflow automation, and human oversight. The platform leverages modern AI frameworks and AWS technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and traceable agent based solutions across the organization.
- Develop and maintain multi agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Design and implement orchestration patterns including supervisor and worker models, fan out workflows, and fan in aggregation.
- Build stateful agent applications with checkpointing, persistence, and recovery capabilities.
- Develop human in the loop workflows and approval driven processes.
- Implement agent to agent delegation capabilities through Agent Gateway integrations.
- Collaborate with architects and platform teams to design scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Implement monitoring, observability, and operational controls for distributed agent environments.
- Ensure workflow reliability through idempotency, fault tolerance, and recovery mechanisms.
- Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and documentation activities.
- Investigate and resolve performance, scalability, and operational issues.
- 5+ years of experience in Python software engineering.
- Hands on experience developing multi step agent workflows using LangGraph.
- Experience with LangChain and related AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Temporal, Airflow, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience designing and implementing stateful distributed systems.
- Knowledge of checkpointing, state management, persistence, and idempotency patterns.
- Experience building scalable backend applications and platform services.
- Understanding of multi agent orchestration and distributed workflow architectures.
- Experience working with cloud based environments and modern software development practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience evaluating or implementing AWS Bedrock AgentCore Runtime capabilities.
- Experience with AWS Bedrock Memory API.
- Experience integrating enterprise human in the loop approval workflows.
- Experience with agent governance and operational management practices.
- Knowledge of AI observability and monitoring frameworks.
- Experience designing enterprise AI platforms and agent ecosystems.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services and distributed architectures.
- Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and governance requirements for AI solutions.
