BENU (www.benupen.com) is seeking an experienced and creative Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to help amplify and present the Company’s brand story across digital platforms and sales channels. This individual will work closely with visual content creators, graphic designers, and commercial managers to ensure creative and authentic global brand representation and a steady growth of brand recognition. The job entails digital marketing tasks with a strong focus on social media marketing.

Work in the company office in Yerevan; BENU is currently not considering remote work applicants.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish the company's online presence and brand value by promoting the company and its products through videos, photos, infographics, and text posts on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and Reddit;
  • Develop and implement a monthly content plan; publish and share engaging content daily across different social media platforms;
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews;
  • Execute newsletter campaigns on Mailchimp, create engaging newsletter content, and manage feedback loops;
  • Ensure steady growth in the number of followers and newsletter subscribers; ensure steady growth in engagement and sales conversion rates across social media platforms and marketing channels;
  • Run company social media advertising campaigns;
  • Lead and promote social influencer programs; communicate with bloggers, vloggers, and influencers; build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers;
  • Work closely with photographers/ videographers to create engaging photo and video content in alignment with company communication and marketing strategies. Collaborate with graphic designers and photographers to create digital catalogs, brochures, and ad layouts;
  • Monitor SEO, user engagement, and sales conversion; suggest content optimization. Utilize insights from social data using monitoring tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance;
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in writing and advanced level of spoken English is a must;
  • 5 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role;
  • Experience in the premium goods market is a plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and other social media platforms and related practices;
  • Good understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
