Fast Bank CJSC has an open position for a Talent Acquisition Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Creating job descriptions and announcements,
  • Recruiting candidates using databases, social networks, professional websites and platforms;
  • Coordinating, organizing and conducting interviews and testing schedules,
  • Participation in recruitment strategy planning and software implementation,
  • Organization of employee onboarding and off-boarding processes,
  • Engagement and participation in HR marketing events,
  • Managing posts on job boards, such as LinkedIn, Staff.am, etc,
  • Taking part in organizing company's participation in career fairs and related events,
  • Evaluating candidates for final hiring decisions and designing competitive job offers in collaboration with hiring managers,
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of talent acquisition improvement.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience of working in a HR/Recruitment position
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to find and optimize software solutions
  • Ability to work in a team
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment
  • Banking industry knowledge is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Armenian and English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
  • Higher education
