Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service
  • Research and present various travel destinations
  • Plan and develop tour packages
  • Handle bookings and reservations
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Assist with visa application processes and provide consultation to clients
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education
  • At least 1 year of work experience in the tourism field (mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of popular travel destinations
  • Proficiency in Armenian, English and Russian
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong customer service skills
Nice To Have:
  • Experience in visa processing and support
  • Proficiency in additional languages are a plus
  • Sales and marketing skills
